Mentorship Policy

Program Overview

The mentorship program is designed to provide education, guidance, training, resources, coaching, and support related to any of the following topics: tax business growth, ERO development, service bureau growth, marketing, digital products, credit, business systems, etc.

The program may include, but is not limited to:

  • Live group coaching sessions

  • Recorded trainings

  • Worksheets, templates, scripts, and resources

  • Portal access

  • Community access

  • Accountability support

  • Bonus trainings or materials

  • PLR materials, if specifically included and marked as PLR

The exact deliverables may vary based on the program purchased, package level, bonuses, and launch offer.

Program Access

Program access will be provided through the designated course portal, community platform, email, or other delivery method selected by the Company. You are responsible for using the correct email address at checkout, checking your inbox and spam folder, logging into the portal, and notifying support if you experience access issues. Access may be suspended, paused, or revoked if your account becomes past due, your payment fails, you violate this agreement, or you share protected materials without permission.

Program access will be available for the period listed at checkout or stated in the offer.  If no lifetime access is stated in writing, lifetime access is not included. 

Payment Terms & Agreements

You agree to pay the full program investment according to the payment option selected at checkout.

Payment options may include:

  • Paid in full

  • Weekly/biweekly payment plan

  • Monthly payment plan

  • Custom payment arrangement, if approved in writing

Payment plans are offered as a courtesy to make the program more accessible. You authorize the Company or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the agreed payment schedule.

Refund Policy

You have 3 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund if you have NOT logged into the portal. To request a refund, you must submit a written request to: support@ravintaughtme.com.

Refund requests submitted after the 3-calendar-day refund window will not be approved or if you have logged into the portal.  After the 3-calendar-day refund period or once you have logged into the platform, all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. This includes paid-in-full payments, deposits, weekly payments, monthly payments, partial payments, and payments made toward a payment plan.

No refunds will be issued due to:

  • Failure to attend live sessions

  • Failure to log into the portal

  • Failure to complete assignments

  • Failure to use the materials

  • Change of mind after the refund period

  • Business changes

  • Personal schedule conflicts

  • Disagreement with coaching style or program delivery

  • Failure to get a specific result

  • Removal due to non-payment or policy violation

If you are removed from the program due to non-payment, chargebacks, misconduct, or violation of this agreement, no refund will be issued.

Live Course Rescheduling Policy

The Company makes every reasonable effort to host live classes, coaching sessions, and scheduled trainings as planned. However, you understand that emergencies, illness, technology issues, scheduling conflicts, platform outages, travel, weather, or business needs may require a class or session to be rescheduled. 

 

To remain fair and accountable, the Company agrees not to repeatedly cancel or reschedule sessions without reasonable cause. If a session must be moved, the Company will make a good faith effort to provide a replacement session, recording, bonus support, office hours, or another reasonable alternative so participants still receive the intended training value.

Client Attendance, Participation, Standards & Conduct

You are responsible for attending live sessions, watching replays, completing assignments, reviewing resources, and implementing the information provided. If you miss a live session, you are responsible for watching the replay if one is provided. Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds, credits, extensions, or private make-up sessions unless approved by the Company in writing. Participation is encouraged, but results depend on your effort, consistency, business model, market, skills, resources, and implementation.

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior negatively impacts the program, other participants, or the Company’s brand.

Removal for misconduct does not qualify for a refund.

No Guaranteed Results

The Company provides education, mentorship, resources, and guidance. The Company does not guarantee any specific income, business growth, client count, sales volume, tax season results, approval, certification, refund amount, or financial outcome.

Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, experience, market, consistency, pricing, offer, audience, compliance, business decisions, and implementation. Testimonials, examples, case studies, or income discussions are for educational and illustrative purposes only and are not guarantees of your results.

Bonuses

Bonuses may be offered as part of certain promotions, payment options, or enrollment periods. Bonuses are not guaranteed unless they are listed in writing as part of your specific purchase. The Company reserves the right to substitute, modify, remove, or update bonuses when necessary, as long as the core program deliverables remain available.

If a bonus has a deadline, eligibility requirement, or claim process, you are responsible for meeting those requirements. Failure to claim or use a bonus does not qualify for a refund.
